The service provider agrees that all the material is the sole intellectual property of the Company and also agrees that all material must be returned to the Company after completion of the project.

The Service Provider agrees to the time frame set by the Company and agrees to follow it perfectly. If any delay occurs due to any reason whatsoever, the company will have the right to sue for damages. Each material mentioned within the timeframe must be followed efficiently to finish at the assigned time.
