Unfortunately, even after several intimations given to you, you have failed to pay due rent starting from till date which has further accumulated to Rs.
Kindly consider this Notice and Final call & warring and pay Rs.within days of receipts of this eviction notice, failing to which Eviction proceedings will be further initiated and property occupied by you will further be vacated.
