Project Management Agreement
This Project Management Agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is made and executed on this at .

WHEREAS the project manager is aware that their work will be with regards to
WHEREAS, for the purpose of this agreement, the project manager provided shall execute (hereinafter referred to as the “Project” ).
WHEREAS each party is duly authorized and capable of entering into this Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the above recitals, the Parties hereby agree as follows:
1. Terms and Conditions:
The project manager agrees to operate within the limit of the following terms and conditions laid .down:
A. The project manager agrees that, if there arises any doubts or questions regarding the project, the client holds the right to scrutinize the work at any point in time.
B. The project manager agrees to the scope of work mentioned in Annexure 2 attached to this document, agrees to follow through with it.
C. The project manager shall commence the project for the client on and shall complete the project on or before .
D. The minimum required time for the specified project that the project manager will devote under the terms and conditions of this agreement is as follows:
E. The project manager agrees to keep the client apprised of the time duration spent on the project and will provide all sufficient details as per request by the client.
2. Employee Allocation:
The project manager agrees as per Client decisions, that all personnel or employees working under this project must possess experience of (no. of years of experience) or more years. The project manager agrees that this is done for attainment of high quality deliverance of the project. All employees must possess impeccable knowledge in their respective departments.
3. Development Schedule:
The project manager agrees to adhere to the deadlines assigned to said person for the completion of work. The project manager agrees to the following schedule for completion of work:
4. Compulsory time of completion:
4.1.
The project manager agrees to the total estimated time for project completion. days for the completion of the project will be adhered to by the project manager.
4.2.
The project manager agrees to the time frame set by the client and agrees to follow it perfectly. If any delay occurs due to any reason whatsoever, the client will have the right to sue for damages. Each material mentioned within the timeframe must be followed efficiently to finish at the assigned time.
