Sir,
Pursuant to the instructions from and on behalf of my client , I do hereby serve you with the following Legal notice:

That you
have been residing at the property located at
2. That you are hereby notified under the terms and conditions of the , under which you have been allocated the temporary possession of property located at .
3. That your rent for the period of is overdue. Thus you owe my client a total due amount including interest/late fee amounting to INR .

That even though countless requests have been made through email and through physical visits, you have refrained from and refused to pay the rent amount due for residing in the property
5. Through this notice, my client demands you make payment against the aforementioned due amount within the following period: immediately counted from the date of receipt of this notice.
6. That in the event you fail to make the full payment within the period mentioned in clause (5) , counting from receipt of this letter, your tenancy at the property shall be terminated and you must vacate and hand over the free possession of the allocated property.
I, therefore, through this notice intimate to you my client's wishes and would wish to notify you that if you fail to pay the full due amount i.e INR or vacate the premises without paying the amount due, appropriate legal proceedings against you would be initiated for recovery of vacant possession of the aforementioned property and other reliefs. Furthermore, you shall be responsible for all charges with respect to the initiation of legal proceedings, the amount due for the following notice and all other miscellaneous proceedings.
A copy of this notice has been kept in my possession for record and any future reference.
